According to the Institute for Healthcare Improvement, more hospitals are implementing Transforming Care at the Bedside or TCAB, which is a national initiative aimed at enhancing the quality of care at the bedside.  How are they doing this?  This webinar will discuss TCAB and how nursing is at the core of its success.

Dr. Frumenti has 30+ years of both nursing and administrative experience. She is currently the Vice President, Patient Care Services / Chief Nursing Officer at the Bronx-Lebanon Hospital Center.  She has held other positions such as Interim, Vice President of Patient Care Services/ CNO, as well as Vice President of Nursing and Chief Nurse Officer. She has been a Consultant for CARF; also held Director level leadership positions at Kingsbrook Jewish Medical Center and Maimonides Medical Center, both in Brooklyn. Her nursing direct care was at New York University Medical Center.  Dr. Frumenti is a Fellow, J&J Wharton Fellows Program in Management for Nurse Executives; a member of the Sigma Theta Tau Nursing Honor Society; a member of the American Organization of Nurse Executives, and on the AONE Regulatory Committee. She has served on the board of the Greater New York Organization of Nurse Executives, and remains a mentor to graduate nursing students for NYU, Lehman College and LIU students.

3. After reserving your seat you will receive an email from GoToWebinar with more details about the webinar event.
4. The day prior and the hour prior to the webinar you should receive reminder emails with links to launch the webinar.
5. 6. If you are unable to attend the live session, please visit Nurse.com 2-3 days after the event to view the recording. You will still be able to earn CE credit after the live event.
